Thanks for the advice on continued growth. It used to be mentioned in graduation speeches - &quot;now you are lifetime learners&quot;, and continued growth was implied.
Now I see a person with a diploma, maybe an advanced degree or certificate, and mandates for required hours of continued education! No assumption of self-motivation for continued learning.
I will check out the book.
