March 24 to May 4th – Finding Your Voice

If you are new to writing or need to get reacquainted with your creative writing ability, then this course is for you! In this fast-paced six-week course we will explore various writing styles and perform exercises that will get your creative juices flowing. This workshop is designed to spark your writing interest.

May 12 to June 16th – Creative Unblocking

If you have ever suffered from Writer’s Block or had a negative experience with your writing that has stunted your growth as a writer, this workshop series will help you get back on track. We will explore the impact that negative critiques and blocked writing can have on a writer’s dreams and aspirations. We will turn a negative into a positive by creating a safe and fun writing environment that will bring you back to your writing passion!

June 30 to August 4th – Journaling Your Journey

This workshop series is designed to explore the many benefi ts of journaling. In this six-week course we will dive into various types of journaling that are helpful to writers including: Sunrise and Sunset Journaling, Food and Entertainment Journaling, Memory Journaling and much more.

August 25 to September 29th – Memoir and Personal Essay

Join us for this six-week workshop as we explore the many memoir and personal essay styles that can lead you to writing your life.

    Dear JJ,

    I have been writing for years although I have no degree or

    formal training of any kind and have not been published.

    Although I’ve also never submitted anything either so perhaps….

    Would this class be appropriate for me or only already

    established writers?
